• Project files: specifications, drawings, and any notes you upload.

• Transactional data: payment confirmations (handled by our processor), order metadata.

• Usage data: basic site analytics (page views, device/browser), cookies necessary for site operation.

2) How We Use Information

• To produce and deliver your Submittal Register.

• To communicate with you about orders, corrections, and support.

• To improve quality and internal processes (using de-identified data only).

• To comply with legal and accounting requirements.

3) Sharing & Sub-processors

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information — ever.

• We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.

• Files are only shared with trusted sub-processors required to deliver the service (e.g., secure cloud storage, OCR/LLM processing, email and hosting providers, payment processors).

4) Data Security

• We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encrypted transfer and secure cloud storage while actively working on your order.

• Access to your files is limited strictly to personnel and systems required to perform the service.

• No system is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable step to protect your information until it is deleted.

5) Data Retention

• We do not permanently store your files.

• Project specifications and working files are used only to generate the Submittal Register and are deleted immediately after delivery (or within 7 days maximum) to verify successful receipt.

• Summary data (e.g., your name, company, and payment records) may be retained for legal, accounting, and support purposes.

• Payment card details are never stored by CADWorx and are processed only by our payment processor (Stripe).

6) Your Choices

• You may access, correct, or request deletion of your information by contacting us.

• Declining to provide required files or information may prevent us from delivering the service.

7) Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
